The logo of the Liga Nacional Puertorriqueña: a big sky-blue circle, bordered in red and white, surrounding a smaller circle of darker blue with white borders, superimposed on which is a red-and-white nautical star that hosts the acronym "LNP" in black block letters.

The logo of the Cítricos de Las Marías: a quirky gold "LM" bordered in black on an orange circle, bordered in yellow, green, and yellow again.

Cítricos de Las Marías

Las Marías Citrics

Among the small towns nestled in the Cordillera Central that bisects the island of Puerto Rico, Las Marías is known as el pueblo de la china dulce (“the town of the sweet orange”), due to their propensity for using it on various desserts and candies.

Mascot: Citrombo

(cítrico “citric” + combo “group”)

Citrombo, the mascot of the Cítricos de Las Marías, is a group of three coral-pinkish oranges. The one up front is happy, with big open black eyes and a bright green leaf coming out of its head. Behind and to its left is an angry, determined-looking sibling with frowning eyes and a leafless stem. To its right is, uh, well, it's been sliced open and you can see the pith. Perhaps let's not talk about it too much.
